Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work at West&Loom:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@westandloom.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless item is defective).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
